Ordered a power blind for my skylight. Order process was each and delivery packaging excellent however I found the quality of the product once unpackaged to be poor. The metal frame was scratched and marked in multiple places. There were two dents I managed to push out but the powder coat was still marked. The blind does not sit square when fully retracted. The unit would not have operated with the dented frame. For the price I would expect significantly better fit and finish. Took a lot of time repairing the damage to make presentable prior to fitting. Further no notice on which day the blind would be delivered. Just turned up and luckily I was in.

Great product , easy to install and delivered on time
We put a roof lantern in our new extension and thought we might not have thought it through properly! We have been roasting in this hot weather with the sun beating through said skylight. We found Lanterns Direct having decided a skylight blind might help cool us down! Other companies were much more expensive and we didn’t want to have to make an appointment for a visit or submit measurements and wait for a call with a cost. We submitted our order and received confirmation and another email ensuring that we had submitted the correct measurements. The blind arrived in good time and was easy to install. Opening and closing it is easy - though on reflection a remote might be preferable - and we are definitely much cooler! We are delighted with it. Would highly recommend Lanterns-Direct and definitely use them again should the need arise. Well deserved 5 stars.
